If you find the same deal/product at a better price within 24 hours of completing your reservation on our website, the dealer will be contacted immediately and if the offer is from the same dealer/company, offer will be suspended on our website. Dealer/company will refund the difference x2, which will be sent to you in the form of a discount code valid for 90 days, to be deducted from your next booking (of equal or greater value than the discount code).
To obtain the discount code, the price of both offers must be available on both websites, our platform and the competitor’s website, and the comparison must meet the following conditions:

Same pricing conditions (insurance, local taxes included/excluded, etc.)

1. The guarantee applies to confirmed and paid bookings, with no cancellations (deals/products booked after date “BOOK UNTIL” are excluded from the BEST PRICE offers).

The guarantee applies to offers published on websites: (1) Whose origin is the same as that of the country where our platform offer is broadcast/published (Portugal) and payment available using the same payment method and the same currency as the offer proposed by Mapeotour and its dealers (Euro €); (2) Whose website origin is the same as that of the country where dealer offer is broadcast/published, the same payment method and the same currency as the offer proposed by dealer (Ex: dealer/company legal base in France EURO € > competitor legal base in France Euro €)
3. The price guarantee applies to offers from the same dealer/company whose price is lower without promotional codes, loyalty card discounts, discount vouchers, coupons, vouchers, or other names that allow for a promotion/discount.
4. The guarantee applies to offers published outside the dealer original booking site and if the guest finds the same deal/product by carrying out simulations without these being tailor-made offers.
5. The platform booking fees (When applicable in Mapeotour) are not included in the final price (ex.: €100 + €3 fees = €100 comparison price)

Incomplete requests and forms submitted after 24 hours of the reservation date will not be processed and we will not respond.
This guarantee does not apply to deals/products booked after date “BOOK UNTIL”.
