Guarantee Exclusions:

The guarantee applies to confirmed and fully paid bookings, with no cancellations (experiences booked after date “BOOK UNTIL” are excluded from the BEST PRICE offers).

The guarantee applies to offers published on websites whose origin is the same as that of the country where the Mapeotour offer is broadcast/published (Portugal), and/or whose payment is available using the same payment method and in the same currency as the offer proposed by Mapeotour and its owners (Euro €). The platform (Mapeotour) booking fees are not included in the final price (ex.: €100 + €3 fees = €100 comparison price)

The price guarantee applies to offers from the same owner whose price is lower without promotional codes, loyalty card discounts, discount vouchers, coupons, vouchers, or other names that allow for a promotion/discount.

The guarantee applies to offers published outside the owner original booking site and if the guest finds the same experience by carrying out simulations without these being tailor-made offers.

This guarantee does not apply to experiences booked after date “BOOK UNTIL”. After this date, you pay an extra, directly to owner at destination of 5%
